This customer in Poynton had a jammed locking mechanism to a front door. We were able to open the lock but needed to fit a temporary lock case to resure the door in order to collect and return with the correct lock. Once the temporary lock case was removed and the new one fitted the mechanism was serviced and an anti snap resistant cylinder fitted.

This customer called because she was moving within her local area to a new property in Poynton. She asked us to retrieve a security key safe from her old property and fit to her new property. And then supply new security for her perimeter doors and fit new window handles to some of the upper floor windows. A quotation was given for the work prior to it being undertaken taking some of the stress away from the move.

Wherever possible we will always try to repair a lock rather than replace. For this customer in Poynton we were able to repair and replace the gear box to the front door lock.
